Sandy

I have worked in orthodontics for more than 15 years. I enjoy assisting Drs. Laboda and Speas with patients. As a clinical coordinator, I take impressions for Invisalign treatment and order clinical supplies. I also enjoy going to seminars and orthodontic meetings to learn about new procedures and technology in the orthodontic field. I am married to my husband, Peter, and we have two teenage children. Outside of work I am a baseball mom! You will catch us at the baseball field five to six nights a week.

Miguel

Welcome! I’m an assistant and lab coordinator. I help Drs. Laboda and Speas with patient treatment. I also help with all aspects of the lab, including pouring models and making retainers. I always try to be patient and kind to our visitors, explaining the details of treatment to make even the most nervous patient relaxed and reassured. At home, I live with my girlfriend, our daughter, and two dogs. I enjoy fishing, going to gun shows, and working on cars and different types of motors.

Jessica

As one of our certified orthodontic assistants, I can be found working with our doctors chairside with all aspects of patient care. Whether our patients are in for a simple archwire change or are getting braces put on or removed, I am here to make them laugh and enjoy their visit. We all work together as a team to make our office as relaxed as possible so our patients actually like coming in to see us! When I am not at work I like to fill my time with outings with my husband and two daughters. We usually head to one of Florida’s amazing beaches!

Beverly

As the financial coordinator, I help create financial arrangements for patients and work with insurance companies to determine patient benefits. I am responsible for making sure our office creates financial arrangements that work for our patients. I have been in the dental field for more than 25 years and have learned that with a little perseverance, everyone can have a great smile! I live with my husband, Ralph. We have two children and a dog named Barnie.

Maria

Welcome to our practice! I am the scheduling coordinator, and my job is to make patients feel welcome and part of our office family. I'm usually the first person they speak with when they call the office, and I really enjoy the opportunity to get to visit with our awesome patients! I have been married to my husband, Freddie, for more than 20 years. We have a grown daughter who is in nursing school and a teenage son. We have two dachshunds at home named Chloe and Peanut.
